Sucppers cut in foredeck


Scuppers measure 2 inches high by 6 inches wide. The bottom of the scuppers will be glassed and all will be sealed with epoxy.

The Outboard Motor Bracket


The bracket is made from three layers of marine grade plywood, 1/2 inch galvanized threaded rod laminated into the center layer. The board being held up by the hammer is to form a splashwell. There will be two scuppers to drain water from the well.

The Cabin Roof

The roof has a 9 inch camber and is made of 1/4 inch marine ply. The roof needs stiffening and will be covered with 12 oz. biax fabric, the interior will get three longitudinal beams one in the center and the other two halfway between center and side with grabrails added to the outside directly over the beams, except of course in the center. Should be considerable stiffer.

The Outboard Motor Bracket

The bracket is made up of three layers of 1/2 inch marine grade plywood with 1/2 inch galvanized threaded rod in the center lamination. The dimensions are 24 inches wide, 12 inches high at the clamping board, 18 inches set back from the transom and 18 inches high where it joins the transom. The seams on the outside have been covered with two layers of 12 oz. biaxial tape and when completed will be taped on the inside as well. Theere will be a splash board and scuppers added to the inside of the bracket.
