Transom covered in glas, gunnels and coaming in place
Here is the transom, not yet glassed, don't know if you can see the writing. The solid line represents the cutout, the dashed line represents the internal framing.
this is a modification of the original design with the pilot house moved closer to the stern and directly above the LCB (longitudinal center of bouancy)
